Why Friday to Sunday only?
I run projects on weekdays. Coaching gets Friday evenings and full weekends, so you get my full attention, not a calendar gap.
What if the weekend is full?
Members come first. Member sessions and monthly check-ins get priority on the calendar — if you're a member, I'll make room for you that weekend. Pay-per-session bookings fill whatever's left: if a weekend shows full, book the next one — or join the membership and skip the wait.
What should I bring?
A real problem. The interview on your calendar, the stakeholder thread that stalled, the resume that keeps getting filtered — the more specific you are, the more you leave with.
