Refund Policy

The 14-day money-back guarantee — in plain English.

The guarantee

Every PrimeITPM digital product — the 12-Week IT PM Mentorship, PRIME VIP, ATS Resume Match, Recruiter Access Pass, Career Launch Sprint, and AI Project Simulator — comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase and we refund every cent. No questions, no hoops.

The one exception is 1:1 coaching — it's Nik's personal time reserved for you, so it has its own terms, described below.

How to request a refund

  • Email nik@primeitpm.com from the address you purchased with, within 14 days of your purchase date.
  • Include the name on the order — a receipt or order reference helps but isn't required.
  • We confirm and issue the refund to your original payment method. Stripe typically posts refunds to your card within 5–10 business days.

Installment (3-pay) purchases

The 14-day window applies from the date of your first payment. Refund within that window and we refund the first installment and cancel the remaining payments. After the window, the remaining installments continue as scheduled — they're part of a single purchase, not a cancellable subscription.

1:1 Coaching & Coaching Membership

Coaching sessions and the Coaching Membership are non-refundable — the 14-day guarantee above does not apply to them. Weekend session capacity is limited, and a booked slot is time set aside for you.

  • Reschedule any booked session free with at least 48 hours' notice — use the link in your booking confirmation or email us.
  • Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice, and no-shows, forfeit the session.
  • The Coaching Membership ($39/month) can be cancelled anytime. Access and member pricing continue to the end of the paid month, then billing stops — no partial-month refunds.
  • The monthly included check-in and member-rate sessions don't roll over — unused sessions expire at the end of each billing month.

The fine print (kept short)

  • The window is 14 calendar days from purchase, based on the timestamp on your Stripe receipt.
  • Refunds are issued in full — including for programs you've already started using within the window. That's intentional: the worst case is a free two-week trial.
  • Program access ends when a refund is issued.
  • We reserve the right to refuse repeat purchase-and-refund cycles that indicate abuse of the guarantee.
